 * Software-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Software-Engineering-Praktiken (Testing, Git, Code Reviews). Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace ist für uns essenziell.
 * Fachwissen: Exzellente Python-Kenntnisse, tiefes Verständnis von LLM-Core-Konzepten (Context Windows, Embeddings) und Vector Databases. Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung von KI-Modellen und Agenten-Pipelines als REST-APIs zur nahtlosen Integration in Enterprise-Low-Code-Plattformen. Erfahrung mit GCP/Vertex AI oder Frontend-Frameworks wie Vue.js/React sind ein Plus.
 * Soft Skills: Eine pragmatische "Hands-on"-Mentalität, starke analytische Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische KI-Konzepte verständlich zu dokumentieren.

## Description

In dieser Rolle trägst du die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Optimierung intelligenter Anwendungen zur Automatisierung komplexer Geschäftsprozesse sowie für die Steigerung der Service-Effizienz durch modernste KI-Technologien.

 * AI Engineering: Konzeption und Aufbau skalierbarer RAG-Systeme (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) unter Nutzung von Vector Search.
 * Backend & Orchestrierung: Entwicklung robuster Python-Backend-Pipelines und nahtlose Integration von Large Language Models (z. B. Gemini).
 * Guardrails: Design komplexer System-Prompts sowie Implementierung von Sicherheits- und Kostenkontrollmechanismen.
 * Integration: Flexible Anbindung der KI-Lösungen an bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen und Drittsysteme sowie Entwicklung von Agenten-Oberflächen.
 * Schnittstellenarchitektur: Konzeption von Schnittstellenarchitekturen, um KI-gestützte Funktionen direkt in standardisierte CRM- und Low-Code-Umgebungen einzubetten.
 * Service: Übernahme der 1st und 2nd Level-Verantwortung im Rahmen unserer Rufbereitschaft (24/7 Dienstplan).
