## Description

* Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, Testung und Dokumentation unserer CRM-Softwaresysteme mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung
 * Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
 * Erstellung von Lastenheften, PAPs sowie die Abbildung von Unternehmensprozessen in Applikationen
 * Fachliche Schnittstelle zwischen IT, internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern
 * Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme sowie Begleitung neuer digitaler Lösungen
 * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Dokumentation im Entwicklungsprozess
 * Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Entwicklungs- und Projektprozessen
