## About the Role

5-7 Years of relevant experience

We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to support the ongoing optimization of our DTC ecommerce experience. This remote, full-time role is ideal for someone with strong experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or premium DTC brands who combines elevated digital design with a strong ecommerce and CRO mindset.

You'll work closely with Ecommerce, Creative, Marketing, and Development on homepage and site updates, PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, cart and upsell experiences, A/B tests, and ongoing UX improvements.

Must-have experience:

 * Strong DTC ecommerce UX/UI portfolio, ideally in beauty or premium consumer brands
 * Advanced Figma and strong Photoshop skills
 * Shopify / Shopify Plus experience
 * Mobile-first ecommerce design and CRO
 * PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, cart, cross-sell and upsell experiences
 * Wireframes, prototypes, user flows, reusable components and developer handoffs
 * Experience working closely with developers through implementation and QA
 * Strong understanding of CVR, AOV, engagement, merchandising and product discovery
 * Ability to analyze customer behavior, identify friction and proactively recommend UX improvements
 * Strong eye for premium, editorial digital design
 * Comfortable using AI tools for ideation and design exploration

We're looking for someone who can do more than execute requests. This person should bring strong ideas, identify opportunities, recommend what we should test or improve, and help continuously elevate the customer experience.
