## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
 * 8-10 years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, automation engineering, or related technical disciplines.
 * Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise platform capabilities, shared services, automation solutions, and developer productivity platforms.
 * Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical initiatives and influencing engineering strategy across multiple teams.
 * Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, automation, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
 * Must hold one of the following certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader.

Desired:

 * Experience leading enterprise platform transformations, cloud modernization programs, developer experience initiatives, or AI-enabled engineering programs.

 * Define enterprise automation strategies that accelerate the AI-Driven Development Lifecycle.
 * Lead development of intelligent automation platforms, AI-powered capabilities, and autonomous workflows.
 * Establish standards and governance for automation-first engineering practices.
 * Drive adoption of AI agents and agentic workflows across engineering organizations.
 * Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to scale automation enterprise-wide.

 * Sponsor reusable accelerators, templates, and platform capabilities.
 * Champion a developer-first culture across engineering organizations.

Platform Operations, Reliability & Delivery Enablement

 * Define strategies for platform reliability, resilience, scalability, and performance.
 * Lead delivery enablement, CI/CD platforms, observability, and operational intelligence capabilities.
 * Establish standards for IaC, deployment automation, and cloud operations.
 * Drive monitoring, anomaly detection, automated remediation, and intelligent workflows.

Security, Governance & Engineering Controls

 * Define platform-wide governance, security, compliance, and risk management strategies.
