This role focuses on Microsoft 365, Azure, systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure project implementation., * Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, and related enterprise systems. * Diagnose and resolve complex server, workstation, network, and cloud infrastructure issues. * Maintain Windows Server environments, storage solutions, virtualization platforms, and endpoint systems. * Configure and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VPNs. * Monitor system health, strengthen security measures, and maintain backup and recovery solutions. * Execute infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, system deployments, and technology improvements. * Develop and validate disaster recovery procedures and business continuity plans. * Maintain accurate technical documentation and infrastructure standards. * Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and security through proactive maintenance. * Consult with clients to understand technology requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate project progress. * Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues and complete technical projects., * Approximately 40 hours per week. * Occasional after-hours work may be required for scheduled maintenance, projects, or urgent technical issues. * Local travel to client locations is required. * Candidates must successfully complete a background check, drug screening, and driver's license verification. * Contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.
