## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of experience working as a software engineer
 * Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform
 * Minimum 5 years of experience working as a software engineer
 * Minimum 1 year experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Gemini) within the software development lifecycle

Bonus points if:

 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
 * Have contributed to at least one mobile application and be able to describe those contributions
 * Hands-on full-stack development experience with NestJS/Node and/or web experience with React

Professional Skill Requirements:

 * Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
 * Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
 * Desire to work in an information systems environment
 * Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

* Mobile application development, architecture and infrastructure design, technology build and deployment activities on multiple platforms
 * Assist in refining and enhancing mobile architectures and frameworks
 * Coordinate and work with clients and offshore teams and articulate client requirements into technical architecture
