## About the Role

* B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant engineering degree.
 * Background in RF, spectrum monitoring, and spectrum analysis
 * Experience with systems for critical infrastructure customers.
 * Proficient in relevant business tools including MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
 * Experience with requirement management processes and tools.
 * Good technical writing skills.
 * Good communication and customer interface skills (verbal and written).
 * Ability to operate with considerable autonomy and minimal supervision.
 * Ability to travel throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe, up to 30%.
 * In order to be considered, candidates must be a US citizen capable of receiving a US Government security clearance.

## Description

* Manage and lead a high functioning systems engineering team across multiple product segments
 * Collaborate closely with Sales, Program Management, and Production
 * Align Sale opportunities with engineering support priorities
 * Manage the presales, design, integration, and deployment systems / subsystems for R&S Spectrum Monitoring, Mobile Network Testing and IP Analysis)
 * Lead efforts for creating and maintaining technical documentation according to customer requirements.
 * Translate customer needs into requirements and competitive solutions maximizing R&S content.
 * Prepare regular reports on project progress, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
 * Participate in communication with customers and R&S product design team.
 * Work closely with the product engineering teams based in Europe and North America.
