In this role, you will help shape the future of how organizations work by integrating AI, automation, and modern digital capabilities into humancentered transformation efforts. You will partner with clients using platforms such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise AI services to modernize workflows and scale intelligent solutions. Your work will focus on accelerating AI adoption identifying highvalue use cases, enabling responsible deployment, and supporting teams as they build and refine AIenabled tools, automated processes, and datadriven decision products that enhance mission readiness and workforce performance. As an Organizational Transformation & AI Enablement Strategist, you'll help clients clarify priorities, align resources, and build highperforming organizations. Drawing on experience in strategic transformation, organizational design, workforce analytics, change management, and AIsupported solution delivery, you will apply a humancentered, datadriven approach to uncover performance drivers, guide adoption of emerging technologies, and deliver actionable recommendations. You will analyze how people, processes, data, and technology interact across the workforce lifecycle supporting alignment, capability development, and culture. You'll also help clients accelerate digital adoption by integrating AIenabled insights, lightweight automations, and nocode/lowcode tools into modernized workflows.
