## About the Role

Required

 * 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE/Sales.
 * 3+ years in an architectural or senior technical leadership role.
 * Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.
 * Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
 * Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, and Web APIs.
 * Strong experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
 * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

Preferred

 * Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
