## About the Role

* Qualifikation: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder ein Informatikstudium.
 * Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Support (idealerweise Stufe "Intermediate").
 * Software-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit Ticketing-Systemen wie Redmine, Jira Service Management oder Zendesk. Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace ist für uns essenziell.
 * Fachwissen: Gutes Verständnis von Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) sowie Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure, GCP) und Skriptsprachen (Python, Bash).
 * Soft Skills: Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung (auch in Stresssituationen) gepaart mit einer analytischen Denkweise und Teamfähigkeit.
 * Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1) für die direkte Kundenkommunikation im DACH-Raum sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B1/B2) für die interne Kommunikation.

## Description

Wir suchen eine Person mit Fachexpertise, die nicht nur die professionelle Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen übernimmt , sondern die Systemverfügbarkeit für unsere Kunden im 1st und 2nd Level Support aktiv mitgestaltet., In dieser Rolle trägst du die Verantwortung für das professionelle Incident Management und die Führung der Kommunikation bei kritischen Systemausfällen.

 * Support & Diagnose: Bearbeitung von Störungen im 1st und 2nd Level, Nachstellen von Problemen auf internen/externen Systemen und Troubleshooting komplexer Kundenszenarien.
 * Monitoring: Du überwachst zuverlässig die Cloud- und Lokal-Infrastruktur.
 * Service: Übernahme der 1st und 2nd Level-Verantwortung im Rahmen unserer Rufbereitschaft (24/7 Dienstplan).
 * Dokumentation: Pflege der Knowledge-Base und saubere Dokumentation von Workarounds.
