* Betreuung unserer Anwender im Helpdesk / Servicedesk (1st- & 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Qualifizierte Annahme, Bearbeitung und Koordination aller eingehenden IT-Anfragen (per Ticketsystem, Telefon, E-Mail)
 * Identifikation, Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 * Installation und Administration von Windows-Clients sowie gängiger Unternehmenssoftware (u.a. Microsoft Teams, Citrix)
 * Mitbetreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur am Standort
