## About the Role

* Fourteen (14) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
 * Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Required Skills:

 * Strong Java/JVM, REST APIs, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, relational database, Git, and Linux/Unix skills
 * Agile team experience, including code reviews, debugging, problem solving, and technical collaboration

Desired Skills:

 * Backend architecture, distributed systems, API design, CI/CD, automated testing, TDD, NoSQL, or frontend exposure
 * DevOps experience with AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, or scripting
 * Experience supporting fast-paced, complex client solutions and interest in long-term growth standards
