## About the Role

* 10 20 years of overall IT/ERP experience, with significant hands-on experience in Workday.
 * Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Integrations.
 * Advanced experience with Workday Studio.
 * Strong experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
 * Strong knowledge of Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.
 * Strong experience with Workday Web Services (WWS).
 * Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP, and web-service-based integrations.
 * Strong knowledge of Workday Custom Reports and Calculated Fields.
 * Good understanding of Workday Security and Business Process configuration.
 * Strong techno-functional understanding of Workday and end-to-end HR business processes.
 * Experience integrating Workday with multiple enterprise and third-party systems.
 * Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
 * Experience across the complete integration lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership
