## About the Role

* Strong experience in Senior Software Testing roles.
 * Risk-based testing and release assurance experience.
 * Hands-on API, integration and UI testing.
 * Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
 * Ability to assess AI-generated tests for accuracy, coverage and reliability.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience supporting service transitions and knowledge transfer.

Ideal Candidate: A technically strong Senior Tester with experience in automation and risk-based assurance, who is comfortable working with emerging AI testing technologies and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

## Description

* Support testing service transitions and knowledge transfer.
 * Assess application risk and validate AI-generated test suites.
 * Maintain test coverage across APIs, integrations, UI and end-to-end journeys.
 * Investigate test failures, identify defects and resolve flaky tests.
 * Provide test evidence and support release sign-off.
 * Work with AI developers to build and deploy AI-driven testing agents.
