## Description

* planst und steuerst Rollout-Projekte im Rahmen eines globalen SAP S/4HANA Transformationsprogramms
 * entwickelst detaillierte Rollout-Pläne auf lokaler Ebene und stellst die Abstimmung mit dem übergeordneten Programmplan sicher
 * überwachst Budget, Ressourcen, Zeitpläne sowie alle relevanten Projekt-KPIs und erstellst regelmäßige Status-Reports
 * koordinierst End-to-End-Prozess-Rollouts inklusive Lokalisierungsanforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit Business und IT
 * steuerst Projektphasen, Arbeitspakete sowie Abhängigkeiten zwischen Template-Organisation, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
 * verantwortest Risiko-, Issue- und Change-Management sowie die Einhaltung definierter SAP S/4HANA Governance- und Quality-Gates
 * bereitest Steering-Committee-Meetings vor und moderierst diese inklusive Entscheidungs- und Maßnahmenverfolgung
 * führst Rollout-Teams und stellst eine reibungslose Transition auf das neue S/4HANA Template sicher
