We are seeking an Intermediate Architect who shares our passion for design excellence to join our team and contribute to residential and cultural projects. The role requires the ability to lead project delivery across all phases, from concept design through construction administration, while developing and overseeing comprehensive construction document sets in coordination with consultant team., * Professional degree from an accredited architecture school

 * 5+ years of professional experience
 * Exceptional design background with strong technical and detailing skills
 * Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
 * Demostrated project management experience
 * Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and Enscape
 * Must reside in New York City and be legally able to work in the United States

## Description

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day communication with clients, contractors, and consultants; review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs; and conduct site visits and construction observations to ensure design intent, quality, and project requirements are maintained. The role also includes mentoring junior staff, contributing to studio-wide workflow and quality standards, and supporting material and product research.
