## About the Role

* 5+ years in network engineering, cloud security, or cybersecurity.
 * Hands-on experience with enterprise SSE/SASE platforms (e.g., Netskope, Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma, or equivalent).
 * Strong understanding of SASE and Zero Trust principles.
 * Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs).
 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
 * Familiarity with multi-vendor SASE and security tools.
 * Experience with monitoring and SIEM tools.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

 * SASE/SSE vendor certifications (e.g., Zscaler ZDTA, Palo Alto PCNSE, or equivalent).
 * Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
 * Familiarity with enterprise firewall and perimeter security solutions
 * Knowledge of DLP programs and data classification.
 * Understanding of Zero Trust frameworks

## Description

The SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating cloud-delivered networking and security solutions that enable secure, high-performance connectivity for distributed users, devices, and applications. This role combines traditional networking expertise with modern cloud security capabilities, leveraging industry-leading SASE/SSE platforms to deliver Zero Trust architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

 * Design and deploy SASE and SSE solutions including CASB, SWG, ZTNA, and related capabilities.
 * Architect secure access solutions across cloud, internet, and private environments.
 * Integrate SASE with SD-WAN, identity providers, and cloud platforms.
 * Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
 * Implement and enforce network security policies and threat protection.
 * Administer and support the organization's SASE platform including policies, traffic steering, SSL inspection, and client deployment.
 * Monitor performance and analyze logs to troubleshoot and optimize security posture.
 * Support integrations with IAM, SIEM, and endpoint security tools.
 * Develop automation scripts and maintain documentation.
