* Computer Operations in a large Data Center; Network Operations Center (NOC) experience
 * Production Control; knowledge of ITIL, Change/Incident/Asset Management
 * Experience with Control-M and TPE/BPE Manager
 * Data Center infrastructure: security, HVAC, electrical, UPS, generators, raised floor, fire detection/suppression
 * Networking: LAN/WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, SNA
 * Distributed servers (AIX, Linux, Windows)
 * Automated job schedulers and hardware/software maintenance contracts
 * Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
 * Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with IT infrastructure management tools

## Description

Job Description: Operate and monitor mainframe/central IT systems and related peripherals, ensuring high-quality, defect-free printed output and reliable statewide access. This role supports a large data center environment with emphasis on system monitoring, vendor coordination, and incident response. Weekend shift with additional weekday hours required.
