 * 8-10+ years of experience in technical product management
 * Strong experience in:
 + Data platforms / data engineering / integrations
 + APIs, microservices, and data exchange architecture
 + Agile product delivery and backlog management
 * Proven ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions
 * Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills, * Experience in healthcare domain (claims, EHR, interoperability)
 * Familiarity with FHIR standards (R4/R5) and healthcare data exchange models
 * Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product capabilities or intelligent automation
 * Experience with tools such as Rally, Aha!, JIRA or equivalent
