## About the Role

* 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, ERP Transformation, Process Excellence, or related disciplines.
 * Significant experience leading large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programs.
 * Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes and integrations with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Clinical, Commercial, and Finance functions.
 * Experience operating in global, highly regulated environments, preferably within Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries.

 * Process architecture and modeling (Signavio preferred)

## Description

Process Leadership

 * Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process design and transformation initiatives.
 * Establish and maintain global process standards and design principles.
 * Drive process harmonization across regions, business units, and sites.
 * Ensure alignment between business strategy, operating models, and SAP capabilities.

Cross-Functional Integration

 * Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams.
 * Ensure Supply Chain processes are integrated across upstream and downstream business functions.
 * Resolve process, technology, and organizational design challenges.

SAP & Digital Enablement

 * Partner with IT to ensure effective implementation of SAP solutions and supporting technologies.
 * Support business requirements, functional design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
 * Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI, and process mining capabilities.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

 * Establish process performance metrics and monitor KPI achievement.
 * Drive continuous improvement and value realization initiatives.
 * Ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
 * Support audit readiness and process control effectiveness.

Stakeholder Leadership

 * Serve as the primary business authority for Supply Chain process decisions.
 * Lead cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
 * Support organizational change management, training, and adoption efforts.
