## About the Role

* Completed degree in Business, Sales Engineering, or related.
 * Basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 * Understanding of data analysis tools or programming languages is a plus
 * Experience in customer service role is a plus
 * Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines
 * Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
 * Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
 * Attention to detail and organizational skills.
 * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and sales departments.

## Description

* Two years, four six-month rotations, within a combination of Inside Sales, Project Sales, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, planning and logistics
 * Cross functional learning across Inside/Technical Sales, Project Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations
 * Networking between all Functions - Engineering, Sales, Channel Partners, Production, Supply Chain, Finance
 * Assignment of a peer mentor/ on-the-job coach
 * Develop relationships with our regional Channel Partners
 * End of rotation report-outs to leadership team
 * Final role placement within Inside Sales, Project Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations discipline based on business needs along with team members' interests., We are committed to provide total pressure, flow control management, heat exchanger repair and isolation products to industrial markets.
