 * Apply systems engineering across the development lifecycle to streamline cyber operations training and certification pipelines., * Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and gather requirements for AI-driven process improvements.
 * Conceptualize, design, and implement AI solutions to modernize workflow efficiency and readiness pipelines.
 * Build and integrate custom Skills and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers connecting AI agents with organizational data and tools.
 * Execute full-lifecycle systems engineering fundamentals from design and prototyping through testing, deployment, and maintenance.
