* Einrichtung und Ausstattung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (Laptops, PCs, Peripherie)
 * Betreuung und Instandhaltung von Hardware in der Produktion sowie Anbindung von Geräten
 * Maintenance sowie projektbezogene Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur, Systeme und Services, gemeinsam mit der IT unserer Muttergesellschaft
 * Unterstützung im Bereich Netzwerk (LAN, WLAN, Router, Verkabelung)
 * Troubleshooting von Störungen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld
 * IT-Support für Mitarbeitende (1st/ 2nd Level)
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Lösungen
