## About the Role

1. Strong experience as a Java Architect / Senior Full Stack Product Engineer.
 2. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
 3. Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.
 4. Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, and Transformation Leadership.
 5. Strong domain knowledge of Wealth Management, Retirement, or Financial Services.
 6. Experience with retirement products such as 401(k), 403(b), pensions, IRAs, and recordkeeping services.
 7. Understanding of retirement participant and financial advisor journeys.
 8. Experience with investment management, rollovers, distributions, beneficiary management, and servicing.
 9. Strong knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, SQS, and SNS.
 10. Experience with AWS security, IAM policies, networking, and cloud cost optimization.
 11. Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Amazon DynamoDB or MongoDB.
 12. Experience applying AI across the Product Development Lifecycle (AIPDLC) to accelerate delivery.
 13. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
 14. Ability to represent programs and initiatives with senior JPMorgan Chase stakeholders.
 15. Experience collaborating with Product, Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

Product Management & Transformation Responsibilities

 16. 8 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or techno-functional leadership within Wealth Management, Retirement, or Financial Services.
 17. Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, and delivery plans.
 18. Ability to translate business strategies into customer journeys, capabilities, epics, features, and functional requirements.
 19. Experience defining business outcomes, KPIs, and product success metrics.
 20. Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, regulatory requirements, and modernization initiatives.
 21. Experience driving multi-year transformation roadmaps across business and technology teams.
 22. Ability to connect business objectives with technology architecture and engineering execution.

AI-Accelerated Delivery (AIPDLC)

 23. Experience leveraging AI across the product development lifecycle.
 24. Ability to reduce the time from business requirements to production delivery.
 25. Experience improving product management and engineering productivity through AI.
 26. Knowledge of AI-assisted design, development, testing, and release processes.

Retirement & Financial Services Domain

 27. Strong understanding of retirement products, including 401(k), 403(b), pensions, and IRAs.
 28. Experience with retirement plan administration and recordkeeping services.
 29. Knowledge of participant enrollment, contributions, investment options, and rollovers.
 30. Understanding of distributions, beneficiary designation and management, and ongoing account servicing.
 31. Experience supporting financial product modernization and regulatory compliance initiatives.
