## About the Role

* Strong technical troubleshooting experience in a corporate IT support environment.
 * Hands-on experience supporting:

 * Microsoft Windows (Windows 7 and Windows 10)
 * Microsoft Active Directory
 * Microsoft Outlook and Messaging
 * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 * Zoom and collaboration tools
 * LAN/WAN networking and enterprise domain environments
 * Windows desktop and server operating systems

Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as Citrix, VMware, and VDI.

Experience troubleshooting mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to issue ownership and resolution.

Self-motivated team player with the ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively.

Flexibility to occasionally support 24x7 operations during business continuity or critical business events.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and mobile devices.
 * Experience providing executive, VIP, or high-touch customer support.
 * High School Diploma or equivalent required.
