* Ausbildung: Laufendes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Infrastrukturmanagement, Immobilienwirtschaft, Facility Management, Verkehrsingenieurwesen, Energietechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
 * Interesse & Motivation: Interesse an Infrastrukturprojekten und deren technischem, wirtschaftlichem und betrieblichem Management
 * Praxiserfahrung: Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Asset Management, Projektmanagement oder Infrastruktur sind von Vorteil
 * Arbeitsweise: Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
 * Sprachkompetenz & IT- Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Projektunterstützung & Beratung: Unterstützung bei der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Beratung von Infrastrukturprojekten sowie bei Projektsteuerungs- und Reportingaufgaben
 * Analysen & Due Diligence: Mitwirkung bei Technical Due Diligence-, Asset Management- und Betriebsanalysen sowie Auswertung von Betriebs-, Wartungs- und Lebenszykluskosten
 * Daten-, Markt- & Benchmarkanalysen: Durchführung von Markt-, Daten- und Benchmarkanalysen zur fundierten Entscheidungsunterstützung
 * Reporting & Präsentation: Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Projektgesellschaften, Investoren und öffentliche Auftraggeber
 * Internationale Projektarbeit & digitale Tools: Teilnahme an Projektmeetings, Vor-Ort-Terminen und technischen Besichtigungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung digitaler Tools im Infrastruktur- und Asset Management
