## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience with software development
 * 2+ years of experience building and administering compute instances and services in the cloud and on-premises for development, test, and production environments
 * Experience with container orchestration and application containerization using Kubernetes and Docker
 * Experience scripting, testing, and deploying new versions of cloud services and infrastructure, including design and management of automation playbooks such as Ansible
 * Experience developing tools, services, processes, and workflows to ensure DevOps pipelines are available
 * Knowledge of Linux administration and networking
 * Knowledge of CI/CD tools used to build, evaluate, test, and deploy services, including Kubernetes-based distributions
 * Ability to ensure solutions are security compliant
 * Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience using AWS services such as EC2, S3, and EKS
 * Experience using GitHub Actions
 * Experience with GitOps tools such as Flux and Argo
 * Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Security (CKS) Certification

As a DevOps infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you'll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You'll sharpen your skills within a DevOps framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks and use cloud service providers to further your clients' meaningful missions.
