 * Erweiterte Administration von Nutzerkonten, Computern, Gruppenrichtlinien und Zugriffsrechten im Microsoft Active Directory
 * Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Landschaft (z. B. Umsetzen neuer Regularien, Weiterentwicklung der IT-Software, Implementieren neuer Systeme)
 * Administration, Störungsbeseitigung und Wartung der Peripheriegeräte
 * Second Level Support von Client-, Server-, Netzwerk- und Telekommunikationssystemen
 * Monitoring der IT-Infrastruktur
 * IT-Support und Eskalationsmanagement basierend auf definierten Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
 * Betreuen und Verwalten der Datensicherung gem. Datensicherungskonzept
