## About the Role

2-4 years of hands-on engineering experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

 - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
 - Demonstrated experience with Cloud Composer, BigQuery, Dataflow, and building ELT/data pipelines.
 - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 - High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills

 - Prior experience in the healthcare or PBM industry.
 - Advanced SQL development skills.
 - Familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and dimensional design.
 - Experience with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI).

Join a forward-thinking team as a Data Engineer and play a pivotal role in building and enhancing a cutting-edge enterprise data platform utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Responsibilities

 - Design and develop robust ELT data pipelines within GCP to streamline data ingestion and transformation.
 - Build scalable solutions using Composer, Dataflow, BigQuery, SQL, and Python to power data movement and orchestration.
 - Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and senior engineers to define and implement scalable platform solutions.
 - Ensure high standards of data quality, pipeline performance, and system resiliency.
 - Lead and mentor team members by providing guidance, feedback, and technical direction.
 - Proactively monitor solutions and contribute to technology roadmap planning.
 - Drive continuous innovation and suggest improvements for platform optimization.
