## About the Role

The Principal Systems Administrator will provide customer service representative support for Service Desk operations. This role requires an individual that is technical, customer-oriented and familiar with using desktop software applications such as web browsing and client software, as well as IT Service Management software such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy. The selected individual must be detail-oriented in order to capture customer inquiries appropriately.\n, * Bachelors degree with 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.\n

 * Must have an active TS/SCI with a Polygraph, to be considered\n
 * Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project.\n
 * In-depth understanding of technical principles, theories, concepts and their application across the program.\n
 * Serves as a subject matter expert within technical domain area.\n
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills\n
