## About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies and be familiar with infrastructure technologies, DevOps tools, and enterprise project management platforms., * Bachelor's degree required.

 * PMP or PMI-ACP certification required.
 * 7+ years of IT project management experience.
 * Proven experience leading complex infrastructure technology projects.
 * Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
 * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
 * General understanding of servers, storage, networking, databases, and middleware.
 * Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Clarity.
 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
 * Experience with project governance, risk management, budget tracking, and stakeholder management.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
 * Experience managing application development projects.
 * Previous experience leading network infrastructure projects.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure technology projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic, enterprise IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience delivering infrastructure initiatives, and the ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations., * Lead complex IT infrastructure projects from planning through execution and delivery.

 * Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
 * Manage project scope, timelines, costs, dependencies, risks, and issues.
 * Establish project governance, roles, responsibilities, and delivery standards.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical resources, and business stakeholders.
 * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
 * Monitor project performance and communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership.
 * Ensure compliance with corporate project management standards, IT controls, and regulatory requirements.
 * Identify project roadblocks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
 * Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications.
 * Use project management tools to track tasks, dependencies, deliverables, and progress.
 * Partner with stakeholders to allocate resources and drive successful project outcomes.
