* 7+ years in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics, plus 10+ years of total consulting experience.
 * Completed Data Engineering Professional certification and required classes.
 * Hands-on development experience across at least 6 to 8 projects using Databricks.
 * Working knowledge of at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) with deep expertise in one.
 * Strong background in Apache Spark and Spark runtime internals.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for production deployments and working knowledge of MLOps.
