## About the Role

Description We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to lead the administration and strategic improvement of a Microsoft 365 environment in Dublin, Ohio. This role combines day-to-day platform ownership with security, governance, and performance oversight across core cloud collaboration and identity services. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, a proactive approach to operational excellence, and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external technology partners., * Develop clear technical documentation and promote end-user adoption of new capabilities and best practices across the organization. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or comparable relevant experience.

 * At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large or complex enterprise setting.

 * Strong expertise with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and related Microsoft cloud technologies.

 * Demonstrated experience with identity and access management, including Conditional Access and hybrid identity environments.

 * Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for infrastructure or platform administration.

 * Working knowledge of Microsoft security, compliance, governance, and endpoint management capabilities.

 * Experience collaborating with managed service providers, vendors, or other third-party technology partners.

 * Microsoft 365 certifications, such as Enterprise Administrator Expert, and experience in regulated industries are preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®

## Description

* Oversee the daily administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.

 * Monitor service health, usage trends, licensing, and capacity needs to maintain a stable, efficient, and scalable collaboration environment.

 * Manage identity and access controls by supporting authentication policies, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity solutions across the enterprise.

 * Establish and maintain security, compliance, and governance standards within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to support organizational and regulatory expectations.

 * Work closely with infrastructure, security, and external service providers to resolve complex platform issues and maintain reliable service delivery.

 * Serve as the senior technical escalation resource for Microsoft 365-related incidents, problems, and vendor coordination.

 * Lead initiatives that enhance the platform through modernization, migrations, feature rollouts, and roadmap-driven improvements.

 * Create automation and scripting solutions to streamline administration, improve consistency, and reduce manual effort.
