## Description

* Provide L2/L3 technical support for IT infrastructure and enterprise environments.
 * Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtualization and virtual machine environments.
 * Administer and support Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
 * Manage Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and user administration.
 * Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
 * Handle escalations, root cause analysis, and infrastructure maintenance.
