## About the Role

* Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS), DDC, or HVAC controls.
 * Knowledge of HVAC equipment, control sequences, and system operations.
 * Experience with platforms such as Niagara, Schneider Electric, Distech, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, or similar systems.
 * Ability to read control drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with BACnet or other building automation protocols.
 * Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

BAS Systems Specialist - HVAC Controls & Building Automation | St. Louis, MO, About the Position: We're looking for a BAS Systems Specialist to join our growing team in the St. Louis area. This is a hands-on technical role focused on programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and supporting building automation systems across commercial and industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and making sure building systems operate efficiently and reliably.

What You'll Do

 * Program, configure, and troubleshoot BAS/DDC control systems.
 * Perform system startups, commissioning, and functional testing.
 * Diagnose issues involving HVAC equipment, controllers, sensors, and communication networks.
 * Integrate building systems and troubleshoot BACnet and other communication protocols.
 * Work with project managers, technicians, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Provide technical support, system optimization, and ongoing service as needed.
 * Maintain accurate documentation, programming records, and system updates.
