## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
 * Proven understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
 * Experience with HRSD ServiceNow module is a bonus.
 * Experience with technologies: JavaScript, REST, HTML, CSS, Jira, Angular.
 * Familiarity with systems analysis, business process modeling, and requirements gathering.
 * Good to have ServiceNow Certifications., * Problem-solving mindset and a passion for building scalable solutions.
 * Strong communication skills - both technical and non-technical.
 * Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
 * Agile/Scrum project methodology familiarity.

## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and expert ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and drive automation. As a secondary function, the candidate will serve as a Systems Analyst, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and support process improvements., * Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and other platform tools.

 * Develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
 * Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
 * Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
 * Ensure code and solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, including upgrade and scalability considerations.
 * Collaborate with QA for testing and deployment in lower environments before production rollout.

Secondary Responsibilities - Systems Analysis (20%)

 * Work with business stakeholders to capture and document functional and technical requirements.
 * Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to recommend improvements or automation using ServiceNow.
 * Translate business requirements into actionable stories and technical specifications.
 * Assist in user training, documentation, and support for deployed features and improvements.
 * Support release planning and coordination across teams as needed.
