## Description

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Workday Developer / Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience in enterprise HR technology, with strong hands-on expertise in Workday development, integrations, reporting, and technical architecture. Key Responsibilities:

 * Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy complex Workday HCM solutions.
 * Develop and maintain Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and custom integrations .
 * Build and optimize Workday integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and APIs.
 * Develop advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and composite reports.
 * Work with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday technical solutions.
 * Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and production defects.
 * Develop integration specifications, technical designs, test plans, and deployment documentation.
 * Collaborate with HR, business analysts, security teams, and enterprise application teams.
 * Participate in Workday releases, impact analysis, regression testing, and production deployments.
 * Ensure Workday solutions follow security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
