The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects with varying scopes and schedules. This role requires the ability to move between design, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration while translating conceptual ideas into thoughtful, well-resolved solutions., We recognize that architects bring different combinations of experience and strengths. Candidates are not expected to have mastered every area below; we value curiosity, adaptability, and a demonstrated ability to learn and grow.

 * Professional degree in architecture
 * 8-15 years of relevant professional experience
 * Architectural licensure preferred, but not required
 * Strong technical knowledge and design sensibility
 * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other 3D modeling and documentation tools
 * Knowledge of building codes, zoning, permitting, construction materials, specifications, and building techniques
 * Experience developing and coordinating comprehensive construction document sets
 * Strong detailing, consultant coordination, communication, and project-management skills
