 * Lead at least one full life cycle implementation in larger projects. Drive your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service.
 * Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
 * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

 * Experience with consulting firms, preferably Big 4, supporting enterprise clients.
 * Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

 * Lead an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central workstream and contribute to overall project success
