AI coding tools are welcome; you know how to check their work. * You understand REST APIs (auth, pagination, error handling), flat file or batch exchange (SFTP, schemas, validation), and MCP, and you've worked hands-on with MCP servers or tools. You can explain when each pattern fits. You use SQL to sanity-check data and work in a scripting language, ideally Python. * You write technical documents people rely on after the meeting ends. * You've owned delivery on at least some engagements, keeping timelines and stakeholders on track. ## Description DescriptionTL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time New York City-based Solutions Architect. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week. Kharon's sanctions and risk intelligence helps businesses screen out bad actors. That only matters if it lands inside the systems where decisions get made. You'll be our first Solutions Architect, part integration architect and part investigative builder, designing imaginative ways to embed Kharon's data into clients' screening tools, onboarding flows, and homegrown applications. You'll draw on the whole tool chest, from established playbooks and runbooks to AI-powered prototypes, and take clients from "we should do this" to "we did it." RESPONSIBILITIES: * Implementations from design to go-live. You'll own client integrations across flat file, API, and MCP, from the first solution design session to launch, working alongside our technical account managers. * Technical discovery with Sales. You'll be the technical voice in early client conversations, turning a messy workflow into a clear scope and a Solution Design Document people still reference a year later. * Proofs of concept that move decisions. You'll scope and build POCs, using tools like Claude Code when they help, so clients can see exactly how Kharon will work in their environment. * Integrations that stay healthy. After launch, you'll own technical support and troubleshooting so live clients keep running smoothly. * The client's voice in the product. You'll bring what you learn in discovery and delivery back to Product in a form that shapes what we build next. * RFPs and security reviews. You'll draft the technical, solution design, and security sections of RFPs and client security questionnaires., When you look at any major global crisis event, we're providing intelligence that's at the heart of those circumstances. We connect the dots in a way that's meaningful. Now, we're experiencing unprecedented growth. As the world continues to evolve in complexity, so too does the demand for our products. Given the significance of our work and the increasing global reliance on our insights, we are looking for a Solutions Architect to join us as we work to shape the way businesses perceive and navigate global risks.
