## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence development.
 * Strong hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
 * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
 * Experience developing complex stored procedures, views, functions, and query optimization techniques.
 * Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehouse concepts.
 * Experience with dimensional modeling, star and snowflake schemas, and data marts.
 * Knowledge of data validation, error handling, logging, and incremental data loads.
 * Experience with SQL Server Agent jobs, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
 * Familiarity with source control, deployment processes, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Power BI and integration with SQL Server-based data solutions.
 * Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, or Microsoft Fabric.
 * Knowledge of SSAS Tabular and Multidimensional models.
 * Experience with performance tuning and large-volume data processing.
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience., The ideal candidate is a hands-on MSBI professional with strong SQL and ETL development skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and experience delivering reliable enterprise reporting and data warehouse solutions.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
 * Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and indexes.
 * Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
 * Develop and maintain analytical models, cubes, and measures using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
 * Work with data warehouses, dimensional modeling, fact and dimension tables, and data marts.
 * Perform data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
 * Troubleshoot performance issues across SQL queries, ETL workflows, and reporting solutions.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
 * Support production deployments, incident resolution, and ongoing maintenance of BI applications.
 * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and adherence to development standards.
 * Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews and testing activities.
