## Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Consultant with expertise in data governance, data architecture, healthcare data, and enterprise data management. The consultant will be responsible for assessing current data environments, establishing data governance frameworks, creating data catalogs and lineage documentation, developing interface management artifacts, and providing recommendations to improve data quality, integration, and overall data management processes., * Gather and analyze business and technical requirements related to data sources, mappings, and interface structures.

 * Create and maintain data catalogs, data lineage documentation, and data governance frameworks.
 * Develop Interface Registries and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
 * Design and document conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
 * Create Interface Management Plans and Data Governance & Management Plans.
 * Assess current data management practices and recommend process improvements.
 * Document system integrations, data flows, and data movement across enterprise applications.
 * Identify risks related to data management, governance, integration, and compliance.
 * Recommend tools and technologies for data governance, cataloging, lineage, and interface management.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Prepare monthly status reports and project documentation.
 * Support data warehouse and enterprise data architecture initiatives.
