## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Data Integration architecture
 * Strong architecture experience with AWS and familiarity with Amazon Connect or comparable CCaaS technologies and architecting enterprise solutions that integrate Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and related platforms.
 * Experience designing AI orchestration frameworks, workflow engines, routing platforms, stateful integrations, messaging, or event-processing solutions.
 * Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Generative AI, Voice Agents, tool-using agents, and multi-agent architectures.
 * Deep knowledge of APIs, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, identity protocols, canonical data models, security, observability, resiliency, and enterprise integration patterns.
 * Ability to translate business objectives and functional requirements into scalable technical architecture and actionable implementation roadmaps.
 * Strong stakeholder management, architecture documentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
