## About the Role

* 15+ years of overall experience in software development with strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 and Core Java.
 * Deep hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
 * Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
 * Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
 * Experience with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
 * Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
 * Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Expertise with development tools including Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, and version control systems.
 * Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, System Design, and Application Architecture.
 * Experience in application modernization and cloud-native development.

<>Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and distributed systems.
 * Exposure to Terraform, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
 * Knowledge of security frameworks and standards including OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security, and API security.
 * Proven experience leading and managing teams of 5-10+ developers.

 * Drive application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
 * Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and strategic decision-making.
 * Manage sprint commitments and actively contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
 * Support end-to-end software delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
