What You Bring

 * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
 * Experience in PMIS, data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or reporting.
 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, data modeling, and dashboard development.
 * Experience integrating enterprise systems and applying data quality and governance practices.
 * Demonstrated ability to work with PMO, project, and executive stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting.
 * Experience supporting large infrastructure, transportation, utility, or similarly complex programs.
 * Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, OneLake, Power Platform, Tableau, SAP, or Dataverse.
 * Knowledge of PMO, program controls, risk management, and portfolio reporting.

## Description

* Develop and maintain PMIS data integrations, pipelines, models, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SQL, Python, and related tools.
 * Build Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, forecasts, and executive reports for portfolio, program, and project performance.
 * Integrate and reconcile data from project, financial, ERP, and operational systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance.
 * Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve decision support.
 * Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable analytics and PMIS solutions for large, complex programs.
