## Description

As the Manager of Network Infrastructure, you will lead a technical, 24x7 operations team maintaining large-scale network infrastructure. You will resolve complex engineering issues, manage trouble escalations, and maintain core processes. Your team will diagnose hardware, facilitate repairs, manage assets, and partner with datacenter staff. You will work globally with a team of field technicians, internal teams and external stakeholders.

As a Manager of Network Infrastructure, you will be responsible for:

 * Cultivating and providing direct supervision for a group of maintenance engineers.
 * Developing, document, refine and maintain operations policies, processes, procedures, and escalations to internal groups and equipment vendors
 * Designing, developing, and maintaining alerts and run books to improve fault detection and operational visibility
 * Evaluating technical skills of the maintenance team to ensure appropriate expertise
 * Determining training needs for solutions and facilitating team training sessions
 * Supporting the resolution of high-severity technical incidents and managing remote assets
