## About the Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in software development, ideally with Mainframe systems.
Proficient in procedural programming languages such as C, COBOL, or PL/1.
Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL, DB2, etc.).
Additional assets:
Experience with z/OS, PL/1, CICS, JCL, SOA/ESB, TWS, Web Services, or Java.
Knowledge of accounting principles or financial applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on system reliability and performance.
