## About the Role

* Master degree in Engineering or equivalent by experience
 * Minimum 5 years experience in automotive diagnostics, system engineering or a related domain
 * Experience with transmissions systems is highly desirable
 * Team player
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Proficiency in diagnostic communication protocols (UDS, CAN, …)
 * Familiarity with automotive standards like Autosar, OBD, ISO26262
 * Hands-on experience with diagnostics tools like CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe, …
 * Good level of English

## Description

* Lead the development of diagnostic strategies for transmission systems, focusing on fault detection, isolation, reporting, and prioritization.
 * Translate product-level technical requirements into subsystem specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
 * Create diagnostics specifications, fault codes, and repair instructions for aftersales support, while adhering to automotive standards.
 * Collaborate with software, hardware, and validation teams to integrate diagnostic functionalities, validate through simulation and testing, and address customer feedback to improve strategies.
