## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat bringt mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung, insbesondere mit Python, im SaaS- oder Plattformumfeld mit. Dazu gehört auch die Architektur und der Betrieb skalierbarer Services. Der Umgang mit LLMs sollte souverän sein, wobei gezielte Auswahl geeigneter Modelle, durchdachte Prompts und die stabile Integration in produktive Systeme zu den Kernkompetenzen gehören. Fundierte Erfahrung mit Retrieval-Augmented Generation ist notwendig, um RAG-Architekturen zu konzipieren und kontinuierlich zu optimieren. Evaluations-Setups für LLM- oder RAG-Systeme sollten strukturiert aufgebaut werden, wobei Entscheidungen auf Basis valider Metriken zu Qualität, Kosten und Latenz getroffen werden. Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Informatik oder einer verwandten Disziplin wird vorausgesetzt. Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden das Profil ab. Persönliche Eigenschaften wie Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Fragestellungen
eigenständig zu strukturieren, sind ebenfalls wichtig.
