## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat bringt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit. Du solltest über mehrjährige Erfahrung im DevOps-, Cloud- oder Plattform-Umfeld verfügen und praktische Kenntnisse in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker sowie Automatisierung mitbringen. Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code ist ein klarer Vorteil. Zudem sind Kenntnisse in Cloud-Plattformen wie AWS oder Azure sowie in Werkzeugen wie GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform, Helm und ArgoCD wünschenswert. Du solltest in der Lage sein, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu erklären und dich sicher im Austausch mit Kunden bewegen. Eine strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für diese Position entscheidend, auch wenn Anforderungen noch nicht perfekt sortiert sind. Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung und der aktiven Weiterentwicklung von Themen ist ebenfalls wichtig. Entwicklungskenntnisse in Java Spring Boot, Python oder anderen backend- oder automationsnahen Sprachen
sind willkommen. Deutschkenntnisse sollten mindestens auf C1-Niveau sein.
